For inside is better to use milk powder for tender texture. For top sprinkle, can use cocoa powder to replace

HELP! My marshmallow won't melt?! Why? Tried twice, result still the same..it won't melt into 'liquid' as per video. Anybody know what's the reason? I'm using Markenburg brand
@@iwen777 Hi! Concern about the milk powder if it wld turn bad. So may I check if it can be kept just in a tight container after preparing or must it be kept in the fridge? Thank you!
