I've got neighbors who set off fireworks for, well, a little more than no reason. Practically every holiday. Fourth of July (which is understandable), Thanksgiving, probably Christmas, and any miscellaneous American holiday scattered throughout the year. Flag Day, Veterans Day, Memorial Day, President's Day, all those things. Some we even get the day off work or school. And the real kicker of it all: fireworks are illegal in my state. But, it's easy to smuggle them from the neighboring state(s).
