Thanks Nathan for confirming everything I have been telling my clients. I started my business 12yrs ago solely on 360 tours and after tracking video vs tours with google analytics video out performed on every platform by a large margin and that’s when I decided to pivot. I have 1 client who bought into the Zillow showcase home and for that one client I went out and bought an insta360 x3😂. All other clients focus on video walkthroughs. Just one air bb walk through has racked up over 66k views on facebook. On top of doing real estate photography/video full time I’m also a licensed realtor and I will tell you video gets more people in the door.

It's great to hear you've seen the same results with video! I agree, it's really powerful.

Also had a Realtor using Zillow certified photographer language the other day. I was also confused if they brought that back. Anyway thank you for sharing .

I have a Trisio lite 2, which doesn't look to be compatible with zillow 3d tour.. bummer

Yep, and there's a slew of other great cameras they can't use. Bummer for sure, but another reason to stay clear of this dumpster fire.

But will Zillow try to take the photographer's copyright of the photos by the photographer agreeing to upload them to their platform using their software in their ToS??

No. You maintain copyright. They have wording specific to that in the signup form, see link in video description.

Crazy marketing company tries to monopolize everything that is so abundant out there so they invented new certs. What a pointless fight they are starting. If they are not providing a solution by doing things like this, they are going out of business. Let they spend all their marketing budget to presentations and realtors are not stupid
