Recipes ❤ love you guys: Mexican lasagna: make taco meat and mix the meat with salsa verde. Layer with refried black beans and Mexican cheese, repeat step. Bake on 350 for 30 min. Chili: sautée and onion with oil and salt until translucent. Add in your ground turkey and garlic. Add in chili powder to taste (I use a lot) some salt, pepper, and two tablespoons of brown sugar or coconut sugar. Stir in a regular size can of diced tomatoes, rinsed red kidney beans, and a large can of crushed tomatoes. Add in more chili powder and some red pepper flakes. Let simmer & serve with whatever toppings you like! Try the ‘once upon a chef’ recipe for corn muffins. It’s easy, works great with 1 to1 GF flour and better yet they freeze great. So you can pull out enough for dinner whenever you need them. Also try adding 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder to your chilli….out of this world. I always double batch my chilli, usually in the instapot so I have a spare meal in the freezer for crazy days
