I'm 50 years old and I have never even heard of that. I know so many people who do so much for animals, it's actually very impressive. There's this one lady who using her own money has a pretty big bus type vehicle that she transports and when picking up animals in need. Domesticated animals she finds homes all over the country and will even fly them across the country to people who have adopted them. I work at a dealership and I do my best to make sure she's not charged for repairs to her van. That is just one of many good hearted animal loving people here.

That is what beavers do best they creat thriving wetlands. It’s so sad to see people killing them for what comes so natural to them. It’s already been proven in a few places in the States when they air dropped some beavers years ago into remote areas, they were dry and dying lands at the time with very little rain fall a year, but now the areas have thriving wetlands and the river is actually flowing through the area. I just wish I remembered what documentary it was in.

They can also be an absolute nightmare, flooding farmland, cutting off water flow to downstream, blocking culverts, etc.. Until you have faced them, it is hard to understand how quickly they can change their environment. And yes, humans have to live somewhere too.
