very, very interesting way of making a foundation. I've never seen this except in knitting. I never knew how long to leave my tail though when I knitted and will probably be guessing in crochet too I imagine.This is a beautiful blanket. Thank you for sharing

Sorry to hear that. You could use stitch markers for the first stitch of every repeat. They will help you to keep track. Just take it slow. You can do it! ❤️❤️❤️
