If you want to keep your yogurt raw, you can heat it only to 110 degrees, that way the beneficial bacteria stays alive. It works for me 👍

I’m a very creative/wing it type cook and while it does work, to be honest it results in a lot of food waste! I am really trying to learn how to plan more so that I use up what I have and feel less stressed about meal time

Jim and Dwight 😂 new follower here 🤗 How do you film with your family around? I get so nervous and distracted 😅 I don’t mind hearing them in the background of your videos. I am trying to keep my family off screen but I love that you’re embracing it all.

Not sure how you feel about silicone because you mentioned before in another video about a avoiding plastic containers to store food in but, I LOVE using large deep silicone icecube trays ( holds around 1/2 cup each cube of liquid) for freezing my bone broth in. I got the idea from when I made and froze baby food in silicone molds. It's an extra step but, it's measured out and don't have to defrost more then what you need.

I do this too! I measured and know mine are 1/3 cup cubes so I know how many to use for a recipe, I pop them out into a ziploc so I always have the mold ready!

I recently realized that you can mix your milk and a bit of yogurt in your instant pot and just press the yogurt button instant pot and it makes yogurt! No heating and cooling beforehand 😊
