Great video ! Would love to see your take on different low fodmap breakfast ideas... i always find that I eat a variety of just 2 options so would be great to know what you do for breakfast x

I put reg vinegar in my poaching water. We made sushi for supper last night and have leftovers tonight we made raw salmon and California rolls. I do sushi / calarose rice in my instant pot same time as jasmine in it ;). Where did you find chili paste without garlic I would put slices cucumber and shredded carrots and a whole chive along the side with the avocado in there too

I'm so happy I found this channel! I recently go diagnosed with IBS and yes it sucks. I'm brand new to FODMAP and I need breakfast ideas that don't include eggs (simply because I can't stand them...) I have been eating overnight oats for awhile, but I'm getting a bit bored with that. Also, currently in Taiwan and not sure of my options of gluten free breads and such :(

Going to make this on Friday I reckon :) Mark should do a ‘what I eat in a day’ from just a dairy free perspective, would be interesting just to see how his diet differs to yours in the day when at work etc! Or is that nosey? Haha

Having a difficult time finding the coriander purée any suggestions??
@arinayamin60494 жыл бұрын
Make it yourself. Blitz up a bunch of coriander (leave, stems, everything but the roots (chuck those in the freezer and save them for soups!) with a bit of olive oil. Pour into ice cube tray and freeze. Pop them in a bag once solid and defrost as needed.

Thanks. But quick question, how can you have garlic infused oil? Isn't it still have fodmaps in it? And what's the name of your garlic substitute? Do you think I can find them in the us or online? Thanks
@RosesAndIvy6 жыл бұрын
Fodmaps are water soluble, so they won’t be in the oil

I am from the Netherlands. What I read is that the garlic shouldn't be too long coocking in the oil because then it releases fructose and i can not have that. How do i know if that didn't happen in the oil from the store? I know it has to be garlic aroma, but i got a lot of symptoms from the last oil i tried..

@@KoyjaEdits i can’t eat onions or garlic, or tomatoes haha or anything too greasy. I have acid reflux/IBS and tbh I’m also gluten free because through a dna test I discovered I carry one of the genes that causes celiac disease. I’m screwed all over.
@melinmove3 жыл бұрын
And you didn't wash the chicken , oh lord. Wouldn't be better to use rapeseed oil instead of olive oil, because olive oil doesn't have a high smoke point like rapeseed oil, so that's why your chicken was almost boiling in the oil and not frying and the batter was falling off. Its sucking up the oil because the oil is cold!!!
