This is exactly what to do. The main thing that will separate you from the people that create content everyone else does is passion. Passion will never stop you from being successful. 3 years ago I watched Mike Corey/Fearless and Far on here and was inspired to travel and change my life. A month ago he hired me to go shoot a project with him for his channel. It was a dream come true and showed me magic is real. Shooting along side him showed me I was good enough to take my journey to the next level. You have to love filmmaking for what it is and not do it for the wrong reasons. You have to live it, breathe it, always have it on your mind. Thanks for the videos man! And the cream

Honestly needed this. Thank you so much. I feel like often as creatives, we tend to focus on being PERFECT without making ANY mistakes. One of my most notable problems is that I aim to make the most perfect film that I can imagine and once that process becomes rough and imperfect, I have the tendency to let it go. One thing I learned from this video is to focus on my passion projects and to really produce the film/video that I want, whether it contains mistakes or not. Because creating is what makes me strive in life.

I go to film school and it was painfully obvious from day 1 that the courses and academics here were not gonna help me with becoming a filmmaker. Luckily I found some amazing people that I love to create with. It’s unfortunate that college is the place that most people have to go to meet others because school is so expensive. Either way those connections will be so important going forward in life so idk 🤷🏼‍♂️

As much as I enjoyed the video and the amount of gold that you shared. Its a lot easier said than done. Its challenging finding people who are on the same path.. and if you do find them. They don't always end up being who they said they are (hope the makes sense lol) and you end up having to drag them along. Which is never ideal... Then again.. maybe mine is still around the corner and that ive just been running into the wrong people? Im staying positive about it.. and all I can do is keep working til I do find my tribe!
