If you perform with a single racked kettlebell, would the leg on the same or opposite side as the kettlebell move back, or does it not matter?

The planted foot gives stability, my balance is better with the kb on the same side. Stepping back with the kb on the step back side adds extra challenge to this balance ( the weight added to the movement). I'd say it matters, Mark always trains the asymmetries, this would give you 4 different modes to look at.

When does the step forward lunge come into play, or which of the training programs deals with that? I can retreat carrying loads of stuff from all the step back lunges. Honestly, it’s almost intimidating how well I can ‘back away’ from a situation. Try to step forward and the ankle wobbles, the knee goes, and then it’s a very inelegant and undignified flailing situation before I hit the deck.

The flags are so sick. I got the Wildman kettlebell but mine didn’t come with the flag. Was hoping the Adex Wildman Kit would Come with the flag but nope. Thank you for all your content!!!
