I would also recommend some 60/40 solder to work with. The Lead-Free stuff can be a challenge.

I've been trying to get the nerve to try and learn to solder with the end goal of trying to build a mechanical Keyboard, but was scared to spend all this money and messing something up. until I found "practice kits". Never thought of the fact they would have practice kits until I watched a video where someone mentioned buying practice boards. That's how I found your videos. I ordered this kit and will arrive tomorrow! Excited and still nervous 🤣.

If you have a difficult time making a solder connection with the included Lead-Free solder, then try 60/40 solder, it has a lower melting temperature and is easier to work with: amzn.to/2TeWR2w

Do you have any vids on the actual soldering process? I'm curious on how you set up those practice blue wires so they wont move that much when soldering. I mean if you stream your process here on youtube or twitch(they have a crafts community) you may have a substantial following.

Hi Todderbert Sir. I am planning to buy a Panasonic RF-2400D and am specifically interested in AM channels. Just wanted to ask if external antennas such as Kaito T-1 or Tecsun AN07 will improve the reception in this case?

The Tecsun AN-200 Passive loop for AM.

The Tecsun AN-07 is an extension antenna that fits on existing antenna for I’m sure a number of Tecsuns, but I know it fits on and improves my Retekess v115.

Not yet. I may produce a primer on how to solder, but there are so many on KZbin that I don't think I would be able to add anything new, other then how I like to do my soldering.
