Missed this match at home, but Matt is a fan Favorite. Very humble individual and his game has improved since coming too Hartford. I believe under the previous manager Tab Ramos he was allowed to play in a more advanced role. Not sure if the interim manager will play him the same way. Either way always enjoy watching him on the pitch. He gives 100% every game and that’s all we as fans ever ask for.

It's frustrating to see Matt leave teams and his old teams doing well and he's now stuck with a team rock bottom of the league 😔

I think he values game time/money over teams position in the table. Nothing wrong with that, it just seems so.

You should make a video on how to structure you individual training. I kind of have a structure but I’m curious to see how you would structure a session. Wether you do less drills for more reps or more drills and less reps or focusing one part of the game such as dribbling or multiple like passing and dribbling.

Great video! Matt would you ever analyze other teammates in different positions or other professional players. For instance, I am a CM and I loved your Busquets video. Keep up the great work, been with you since your Germany days!

Hey Matt! I have been following you channel since December and i love your content and the insight you give us to a professional football players life. I have a question though: For me as a foreign player US College Football looks very good and the next best place to be for football apart from Europe. But what are some drawbacks or disadvantages that I could face if I went down that route that i would only realize after i have committed to it?

Midway through the video & man that is an atrocious penalty to give. That’s one of the toughest things in a league with no VAR, you can’t afford to let the ref think of giving that because his decision is usually irreversible

11:39 am I the only one who thinks that during the 3v2 situation the midfielder by the ref should've stepped over more to cover third unmarked player on Matts left shoulder? The center backs are lined up well and each can cover their runners, so that midfielder didn't need to linger in that open spot not marking anyone, especially since there was no one behind him. If he applied pressure to that third guy then Matt would have been free to follow his man and not have to worry about the difficulty of defending a 3v2 and make a difficult decision

Your a goodattacking fullback and create good attacking chances, but your stepovers are lacking. You need to drop your shoulder when you do it and explode off the side that is dropping the shoulder, to really get past the defender. What you're doing right now is good, but its just getting you an extra half yard to cross or pass but defender is still in front of you. This way you can leave him behind. I know I am not a pro player and you are but just a thought from watching the video.
