I've been watching this video a couple times today and I want to say big ups to you, Matt for the great stuffs you put on here. I want you to kindly explain something to me. I have no team right now and I have never had a team. But for now, I play soccer on a field with some good players who have local teams they play for, and I have some highlight videos of me playing. Can I send my highlight videos to agents or coaches to assess if I am fit to join their team abroad or it's not a good idea? I came into contact with someone claiming to be an agent. Asking me to pay 2,100 dollars to help me travel across europe. I asked him when. He said “he didnt know when. It was to be determined” At that point I figured it was a scammer so I broke contact with him. Be careful when you meet people claiming to be agents. They could be scammers

Thank you for making this video. I started as an agent after scouting in austrian 3rd and 4th league 2 years ago. I take big pride in working hard for my clients and enable them their best possible careers. One should really have a good feeling about their Agent and do the calculation Attention Notoriety, many players are indeed much better of with a small fish agent who gives them the necessary workinghours and has passion for them and not just collects clients just in case some manage to achieve something - others need the highest quality network at a point in their career.

Hey Matt, how did things work when ending the contracts with each respective agent? Did you wait til the contract was up and then not resign or with anything of the three agents did you break the contract early? Did at any time you were signed with an agent, you wish that you weren't? Thanks for the video

With my first agent, I signed a year contract, waited it out, then just didn’t resign with him the following year. I had it in my head that I was going to go about it all myself through my own connections and it worked out decently. The second agent, I broke it off after 3 months of working with him even though I was signed for a year. He didn’t fight too hard to keep me. Most of the time, you can get out of contracts pretty easily and many times agents won’t sign you to a contract until they physically get you a trial or a contract.

Half - Coordinated i did decent, i comminicated, had a good attitude, gave 2 assists, gave good passes. Had 4 interceptions. The only bad thing i did was lose the ball twice and I was probably the least fit there.
