I enjoy following this video and I watch it quite often in my daily yoga time. I have M.E so it's really doable even when you have a disability and it's really well instructed with variable options depending on your bodies limits and for those new to yoga.

I am so pleased I saved this video. It would have been lost if not and it is just what I need right now I tried a local yoga class recently and though I loved it, my ME/Fibro body didn't and my shoulder and upper arm are still very sore at times. I have been looking for a gentle morning routine and I do believe I have found them right here Thank you for sharing my lovely 💚

This was perfect for me just now. We're in the middle of decorating and I have no space or time to practice because I'm up early and don't get a chance to go back to bed for a couple of hours which is how I manage my condition. Have breakfast, take pain killers then have a sleep and get up about 10-11 and I'm fine but this routine is killing me just now! Can't wait to get to bed and do this practice 💕💕💕

Hi Anna! It’s good to do a wide variety of poses, and it seems like the classes you’ve been picking lately are good choices for you! The most important thing with arthritis is to keep yourself moving as much as possible. Hi pretty lady it’s Anna & well still waiting to see neurologist! In the mean time I would love to see you on my tv teaching me a yoga practice just for me! Just so you know I had knee replacement on my left knee! Arthritis in left shoulder going up my neck! Right hip arthritis and severe headaches dizziness! Really heavy chested so back always hurts! Obviously have chronic pain everywhere! If you think you could help me, please let me know ASAP! If not I’ll just do your fascia release series ok 👍 Sorry so long just need your help! Without doing 3 of your practices l just don’t feel good, thank you so much 😊
