In the last year, I quit drinking, I went to therapy to work through my childhood trauma, I adopted stoic practices into my life, I started daily meditation and exercise, I stopped complaining and letting myself be a victim to circumstance, I let go of the things outside of my control, and I took the reigns on the things I can. I took control over my life, I laid goals down, achieved them, and set more. Your show is a huge part of that change for me, and I'm thankful for that. You're the GOAT, BK!

The toughest part about growing in life through self development is leaving behind people who dont want to come with you. Especially when they were once good close friends. I've done it a few times. But, so far, it doesn't get easier. The results, though, are always for the better. It judt comes down to how badly you want to be the best version of yourself.

Hey Bedros, I'm a female listener and have subsribed to your show since you posted the first BK episode. I had started my 2.0 journey about 3 years before you launched the first episode. I commuted anywhere from 3-7 hours of my day and would listen to all the motivational videos I could find. It was a complete life style change that took years to develop and I'm still growing every day. When I started listening to your videos, everything resonated with the truths I was discovering for myself in mind, body and spirit. I appreciated the acknowledgement to female listeners in this video and to hear that the number is growing, even though I acknowledge and respect that your content is geared toward men. A lot is applicable to everyone and sets good principles for a stable, foundational and successful person. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and content and making it available to everyone.

I'm at a major turning point as a man, husband, and father at 36yo. I've failed quite a few milestones in my transition to adulthood and it's about to explode in my face. Fortunately my wife and I had a massive fight and have we laid out all of our.... Dislikes about each other. I feel like I have a new lease on life and have just stepped my first step on the path to getting my shit together and being the badass I'm supposed to be. I hate to say it but I have fallen into the boy mentality with my wife because it's easy. I go to work and fall in line at home because I've been a lazy POS, not physically, I stay in shape and eat right but lazy in a sense that I pass all the decisions on to her which is not how a man is supposed to be, also it's incredibly unfair to her. If you're at all interested in my story leading up to now and my journey going forward, let me know. I think my past leading up to now and going forward might hit home for others and help you help them.

New follower-Love your brutal no bullshit approach. 👏🏽 If things hit a nerve for you, it’s because it needs to change. I’ve recently adapted a new habit of not negotiating with myself. If there is something I need to do, or planned on doing. There’s no negotiating. I’m doing it. If you start negotiating, you’re going to let yourself down, and in turn you won’t trust yourself. You cannot move forward in life not trusting yourself. When you fail your plans with yourself, it leads to depression, anxiety and a downward spiral of being stuck in the same place.

It’s been a week since I’ve made some changes to my daily routine and I’m feeling much happier and optimistic about the future for the first time in a long time. I’ve created a morning routine. I wake up every morning at 6 (including the weekend) I make my bed, read 20 pages, and meditate. I’m learning to stop feeding my addictions and change my mindset. I have to be the change I want to see and if I’m so unhappy with my life, I have to change what I’m doing to make me unhappy. Step 5 really resonated with me. I have to stop living my life a supporting actor and become the superstar that I am. I have been watching a lot of podcasts and your video is the second to make me feel something! Great message BK, I think no matter how much we have learned and advanced into our growth, reviewing these 8 is always a good idea as there is always some more meat to chew off the bone. Although I am not participating in most of these 8, I realized 2 things here today: 1) weak people can be very smart. They know that I don’t know how they think so they manipulate how to have you save them, how to guilt you into lowering your standards, and they plan that minute they see you figure them out, they turn on you. 2) expenses, just because my personal expenses are controlled, watch the “daily Nibble” of which employees pay too much for things like shipping by not being prepared, they are not holding vendors accountable, not returning rental equipment on time. Not getting 3-4 quotes for things. I found one of my employees was great at managing her personal life so I made her an auditor of these processes and expenses and it has been humbling yet incredible. All the best to you & God Bless

I love this show for me! Not because of a man but because I was in search of personal development and wanted a teacher to push me.. and ironically I found more MEN that have helped me than women. I appreciate you and am thankful for what you do.

Thank you for sharing this. My boyfriend has been trying to start his own business so he can get off the road as a trucker. He has consistently failed. I want to support him and help and see him succeed. I can't wait to share this video with him.

So many people who have never been at the gym think working out is about getting body into a shape when the reality is the gym is also about building very strong and patient mind. That is a massive asset on top of great looking body.

Love your show Bedros. I’ve been listening for almost a year now and this has immensely helped me improve my thinking as a business owner and wife 🙌🏼

I’ve been making these problems like my life has passed me at 27, I don’t have much to show for my age but it’s cool. This is exactly what I need. Thanks Bedros.

You already got me tuned in by saying... "Making money today is the equivalent of being a great hunter." At the beginning. I'm a hunter, and it's time to start hunting for more. Not getting anywhere where im at. And i see too many people older than me in this industry still struggling. No matter the effort they put in. So many negativity throughout this company...whether if it's the employees around me or the customers upset with the way the company is going... its time to adapt and stay a sponge for my next chapter. 💯💯💯 #godfirst #discipline

Man this guys a genius... same mindset ive had. Same way i would say shyt and act... now i need to work on it more... cuz ive left my mindset closed for too long trying to be like others... cuz i was too assertive around others... he is roasting me and love it man... cuz its the fing honest truth... i let it happen and now its time to change it and be better... Word for word... everything i needed to hear in this video from beginning to end... thank you so much. Now I feel more confident with the changes I've been making and looking towards a better future as long as I stay self disciplined, continue hunting... and not be a follower anymore... thank you so much... 💯💯💯🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I am a huge fan of yours!! You are on point, everything makes sense, and you don’t take sides. I am so happy and grateful, that you dedicate your time and energy to change and fix peoples mindset, helping to change and re program their lives to a better existence. I really hope, that more people of any age and gender will listen to you, becoming more self aware and conscious to grow. You are a true role model!! Thank you! Bless you!

Omg! You are cracking me up. I love your brutal honesty. People need to hear that for sure. I’m totally with me. We need to treat our bodies so much better and be way more conscious about what we put into our bodies. Sugar, alcohol and caffeine are killing and poisoning people. Great advice ❤

Bro, you are solid for advice... my only issue in my past was a brain damage instance that left me watching myself do stuff i wouldn't have done otherwise for about 18-20yrs. now i am nearly back to 100% (yes people brains CAN heal regardless of what doctors 20 yr ago say), and just trying to resort my head to where i am heading. been in framing and finishing houses since i was 8yr old and now apparently i am over qualified for any job i apply to, leaving me one option... start my own company while working piece work. you are not wrong on anything you say. you have reensured what i believed to have to do to succeed from where i am.. here is to the hard work that success demands! well unless your lucky enough to use daddies money to succeed, lol.

Recently found this channel. I have always been living between anxiety and happiness. I've never been in a serious relationship because I haven't healed from past trauma and I fear commitment and struggle with insecurity. I've exercised for years and even coached. But all these advices in the video are great, time to put in the work.

Hi! I love your boldness. Especially about a sedentary lifestyle. Thank you! I appreciate your boldness! 💕 I have a degree in exercise science, and I'm studying NASM personal trainer, behavior change, and wellness coach! I believe what you're addressing here is contributing to weakening our country (obesity epidemic)! Thank you! 😊
