it has the cooling memory foam pad on the top I think, I put a mattress cover and then a sheet anyhow. I sleep hot personally but don't think the bed is the cause.

Looks like there is no edge support. When you are sitting on the edge it’s completely crushed.

it is a bit soft on the edges, I didn't have time for it to fully "inflate" when doing the video but after long use it held up pretty decent.

yes you can, it might not be fully inflated but we had no choice to sleep on it that night.
