Welcome to this 28 minute bedtime yoga practice, where I will guide you through a gentle yoga flow designed to help you unwind and relax after a long day, and prepare your mind and body for a restful nights sleep.
This is a mixed level flow, I’ve included options throughout the sequence so that everyone can enjoy the practice.
