I had to laugh, I've been dancing around all day cleaning house to this song plus "YOU SHOULD BE DANCING" and "JIVE TALKING". It's true, time flies when you're having fun. Even house cleaning flew By! Btw: I bet youll' know "Stayin Alive" when you hear it. Lots of people know the song but didn't know it was the Bee Gees! Iconic song from the Saturday Night Fever movie and soundtrack!

While there were only 3 in the group THE BEE GEES. There was actually a 4th brother who sang solo with the brothers singing back up. Andy Gibb. He had several hits, but died way too young.

You really need to watch Fanny be tender with my love, it's an older song of theirs but Barry and Robin go head to head with the falsetto, it's amazing. Prepare to be blown away!

You say you haven't listened to all their songs and just to be fair that would also take some time. They have written more than 1000 songs, made 22 studio albums. They started as very small kids, with their first performance in Garmount Theater in Manchester UK in 1955. Barry was 9 and the twins Robin and Maurice were 6. Their first number 1 (in Australia) was Spicks and Specks from 1966. In 1967 they returned to UK and immediately scored a number 1 with Massachusetts and the rest is history. Their last album is from 2001 called This Is Where I came In. Maurice died in 2003 only 53 and Robin died in 2012 age 62. They had a little brother called Andy Gibb and his first 3 singles went number in 1977 and 1978. At 74 Barry is still recording music and he infact this year in January released an album called Greenfields consisting of duets with other artists, mostly country, where they made renditions of Bee Gees songs some well known others not.

I graduated in 1979 and the BeeGees were HUGE! All proms, dances...their songs were played like crazy! Funny story...my 26 yr old son came over about a year ago. He told me he just purchased a turntable and wanted to raid my vinyls. He said the Saturday Night Fever soundtrack is one of his favorites!

In their live medleys they just stroll up and away from the mic (sharing one mic) so casual like, and the perfection that comes out of their mouths is astounding. All the while Maurice is cutting up and trying to make his brothers laugh.

You have many songs to get through!! My musical geniuses!!! I think it was nights on Broadway that Barry, found his falsetto voice. They're earlier work with fantastic too. Words, how do you mend a broken heart, I started a joke, that one Robin's in the lead, Jive talkin, Fanny be tender with my love, More than a woman, You should be dancing, to love somebody, and so many more. They also wrote a lot of music for other musicians in the '80s. Barry, and Barbra Streisand have about three songs they did together. His new album Greenfields is fantastic. Country singers, singing classic Bee Gees songs with Barry. They're just incredible!! Geniuses!!

So disappointed Too Much Heaven has been blocked! So many people have reacted to it. I wonder if it's because ur in the UK cos most reactions ive seen are from the US. Same with pink floyd echoes... Hope they release it for you. Some other Bee Gees suggestions for you would be "Words" and "How can you mend a broken heart" from the 97 live in Vegas show. And "How deep is your love" official video. Also " To love somebody" from 1967 and "Nights on broadway" live 1975

Their songs spanned across 5 decades and they wanted to do different styles. You should try other decades before/after disco. Like “I Started a Joke” 1968 , “How Can You Mend a Broken Heart” 1971, “You Win Again” 1987, “Alone” 1997, or a real treat is one of their first performances from 1960 or 1963 when they were children. Thanks for sharing. Subscribed for BeeGees

The Bee Gees recorded internationally from 1967 to 2001. If you REALLY want to get to know the Bee Gees, check out To Love Somebody, Lonely Days, Run To Me, How Can you Mend a Broken Heart, Nights on Broadway Paradise, You Win Again, For Whom the Bell Tolls, This is Where I Came In, to start with. The work they did from 1975-1979 was great, but they were soooooooo much more than that.

This was one of the big hits on the movie Saturday Night Fever. Such a good dance song so good to listen to. They have such talent all the brothers were terrific. I love them!! Great reaction!!!! I can see you are enjoying them as much as I do. There are so so many great songs. You should be dancing on their spirits tour was so good all 4 brothers partisapated on this song. That tour was super everything they sang was absolutely stunning. Great voices. Also their concerts sounded just like the recorded versions. A great concert was done on live by request on A&E they were a little older but it didn't make any difference.

Hey, Jordan, you've stumbled on to their "disco era" - (featured in "Saturday Night Fever" movie -- including "Stayin' Alive) which was okay.. but prior to this, they also had some sort of funky beats - check out "Jive Talkin'" - from 1975 - kzbin.info/www/bejne/pXKvfHSelMd_a8k -- but I also hope you will check out some of their older stuff - I am a huge fan of Robin - although Barry was the oldest and mostly led the vocals, Robin had the most unique vocal -- some OLD stuff - 1968 - Robin singing "I started a Joke" - one of the cheesiest videos ever - lol kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKPKYoh3nt16l68

No offense but I'm not sure this generation knows what they are getting into with these fabulous guys. Barry has written over 100 number 1 hit songs. That's not even touching the catalogue the Bee Gees have. It would take you a very long time to listen to 'a lot' of their music. You would literally have to make it a project, one in my opinion, you would thoroughly enjoy. They started in the 70's so good luck to you. We will be waiting for more, I know I'm not alone in this.

You don't know nothing about the Bew Gees at all. You said they, are a disco group but that is not entirely correct. They started their career in the 60th long before there was any disco music and still made music in the 2000th. I suggest you to listen to the following two songs. These songs are not famous but they show the variety of the music the Bee Gess made. Born a man Dimension
