Barry Gibb was one handsome man sadly he’s the only brother that still alive they just did a fantastic documentary on them on HBO if you have it or HBO max it is so good and the saddest thing was at the end he said he would give it all up to have his brothers back……They were absolutely huge I can’t stress enough the global superstar is that they were in the 70s

Anyone who thinks today’s music is better that the 70’s & 80’s with the BeeGees, Chicago, etc. it’s no contest. The BeeGees harmonizing, vocals, song writing, 5 decades of hit songs, etc. and if you ever saw them in concert they sounded just as good live as they did on their records.

His voice is in falsetto, Italian diminutive of falso, "false". A method of voice production used by male singers, especially tenors, to sing notes higher than their normal range.

It’s all of them getting that high, they are brothers, so it’s in their DNA. Listen to some of their earlier songs, their voices are much lower and different. They have been performing together since they were very young, had many hits in the early sixties and reinvented themselves in the seventies and became hugely successful in the seventies with Saturday Night Fever sound track. Continued to make music through the 2000’s and wrote many hits for other artists as well. Amazing band!! Love the bees gees forever ❤️

Many black people have never "SEEN" the Bee Gees, like on video but only heard the song which is one of the funkest songs ever written. They think the Bee Gee's are "BLACK." Some even think it is a black woman singing the lead part and do not know it is Barry Gibbs. I love the shock value when someone discovers the Bee Gee's are white. (NO OFFENSE MEANT.

It makes you want to dance MORE than any other. 😅...So, even if you had no legs, no ears, and just the way to sense vibration, this goes on a playlist. I'm 60 years old and Bee Gees, Ren, and Dimash fill my playlist these days. Best classic and some new incredible artists. There's even compilations of some blacks discovering "Stayin' Alive" wasn't sung by a black group as they had always thought growing on. it's mega-mind blowing for some here, and sharing that experience here, is what we look for.
