Beef Korma - Meat
Korma or qorma is a dish originating in the Indian subcontinent, consisting of meat or vegetables braised with yogurt, water or stock, and spices to produce a thick sauce or gravy.
Korma is a gravy dish that is usually made with yogurt, lots of nuts and spices. A Mughal era original, Beef Korma is the perfect dinner party dish. You can use chicken, or meat instead. I have used green masala for this preparation.
Enjoy it with your parathas, rotis or ghee rice, jeera rice to create the ultimate meal. This is a spicy, rich and comforting curry made with almond and cashew paste.
