Ingredients:
• Beef Paya (Beef Trotters) 1
• Pani (Water) As Required
• Namak (Salt) 1 Tbsp
• Makhmal Ka Kapra (Muslin Cloth)
• Garm Masala (Whole Spices) 1.5 Tbsp
• Sabat Dhania (Coriander Seeds) 1 Tbsp
• Sabz Elaichi (Green Cardamom) 2-3
• Gondha Hua Aata (Dough)
• Oil 1 Cup
• Payaz (Onion Sliced) 2-3 Medium
• Namak (Salt) 1 Tbsp Or As Per Taste
• Hari Mirch (Green Chilli) Chopped 2 Tbsp
• Adrak (Ginger Paste) 1.5 Tbsp
• Lehsan (Garlic Paste) 1.5 Tbsp
• Pani (Water) Few Drops
• Lal Mirch (Red Chilli Powder) 1 Tbsp
• Haldi (Turmeric Powder) 1 Tsp
• Dhania (Coriander Powder) 1 Tbsp
• Dhania (Coriander Leaves)
• Julienne Ginger
Directions:
-Add Beef Trotter & Water in the Pan.
-Add Salt in the Pan.
-Take Muslin Cloth & Add Whole Spices, Coriander Seeds And Green Cardamom.
-Then Make A Potli And Put In A Pan.
-Add Dough Spread Evenly And Cover & Cook For 6 To 8 Hours On Low Flame.
-After 8 Hours Remove The Cover And Remove The Potli.
-Strain Set Aside.
-Take A Pan Oil And Add Onion Sliced & Salt. Cook Until turn light brown.
- Add Green Chilli Chopped, Ginger Paste &Garlic Paste.
-Give A Nice Stir & Cook for 4 minutes.
-Add Few Drops Of Water.
-Add Red Chilli, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder And Splash Some Water.
-Cook For 12 To 15 Minutes On Low Flames.
-Add Boiled Paya And Cook for 10 Minutes.
-Add Paya Broth.
-Cook For 10 To 15 Minutes.
-Add Coriander Leaves And Julienne Ginger.
-Beef Paya Is Ready To Serve.
