I just made a lasagna out of this pasta last week. My family loved it! The noodles were so tender and delicious that I found it just like regular lasagna noodles. I am keto and I just use cream cheese. I make that mayo but no way will I use it for that! It’s just too good. 🤣. Today I am making a Mexican layered casserole using these sheet noodles. I added some corn tortilla flavoring to the batter for each sheet. It’s going to be fabulous. Thank you as always. Best wishes on your new home!

As always a great video and recipe. I must try this. I wanted to share with you, I found Amish Country Rolled Butter at Winn Dixie in my area. This is a chain grocery but just by the name, 🤣😂🤣 I think it’s probably only a Southern US chain. It’s delicious butter and comes in a 2 pound roll for $13.69. (Less expensive than KerryGold) I cut it into slices of between 110g-115g. So all are almost equal to a stick of butter. ❤️🕊️

@@KetogenicWoman It actually worked, I was able to dehydrate the chicken on two trays covered with parchment in my oven, lowest temperature of 175 degrees, ground it all up in my blender into a chicken flour. Now I have one silicone bag of chicken flour in the freezer, it turned out well, the parchment absorbed the fat and moisture. I cannot wait to try it in one of your recipes, next time ground round is on sale I will try turning it into flour. 🕊💕

I've been learning in keto cooking/baking to mix/whisk all my dry ingredients together to disperse the gelatins and gums before adding to the wet ingredients. Your clumping might be reduced if you first mix the gelatin with the meat flour first. Just a thought! BTQ - I like hearing you pronounce pasta as past-a not the U.S. pa-sta.

Just can the soup and add the noodles when you heat it up, same as canning any soup, no noodles or grains.

Eggs are from chickens. Dairy products are made from cow’s milk.

They are often sold in stores right beside milk, butter and cheese so I think that seems to cause people to think they are dairy! Dairy products come from ruminant animals such as cows and buffalo.

I refuse to spend the outrageous amount of money for meat “flour”……..this is stupidity
@KetogenicWoman Жыл бұрын
Did you know that you can make your own meat flour? To call the recipe stupid just because I use a convenience food to make it is a bit of a reach. I buy eggs from the store, yet it is cheaper to if you have hens to lay them but not all of us have the time, space or inclination for that. I could churn my own butter but instead I pay 9$ a pound for it. Anyways, thanks for watching! 🙂
@janetw7828 Жыл бұрын
@@KetogenicWoman ok, replace stupidity with foolish, silly, inane, nonsensical. I am calling the spending of exorbitant amounts of money on a processed "food" or "flour" to make a recipe that mimics the Standard American Diet a waste. I will spend that money on the eggs, butter, and meat. I no longer desire to eat the Standard American Diet or any mimicry of it. Spending an exorbitant amount of money for meat "flour" is a reach.
