Anita! You are “killing it”…destroying all those arguments, one by one about why it’s too hard to go carnivore! How can you do CV mayo? I don't do keto
@ArchieArpeggio10 ай бұрын
@@darcy2965 I´ve seen video where man made his own mayo from bacon grease and eggs (plus the seasoning he putted there). Also seen people doing it from melted butter and eggs. Tallow, lard, butter... You can experiment what ever animal based fat you happen to have. All those have little bit different flavors and it depend what you use how stiff it´s going to be after putting it to fridge. All you need is some creativity and try.

Thank you … your show today was a light 💡 bulb moment for me. I’ve been Carnivore for 2 1/2 years. With great success in the first year but since then I’ve been feeling lost. Nothing seemed to be working anymore. I’d even started putting the weight I’d lost back on. It seemed everything I ate was giving me indigestion and bloat. Even though I watch all the KZbinrs I didn’t know what to do. I was never hungry and was barely eating anything. When I prayed about it the answer I got was “you are not eating enough food” I couldn’t believe it. Then when I saw the amount of food you put on your plate today at first I thought I couldn’t eat that much food all day much less at one meal then 💡 OMG … I knew then the answer to my prayer was right... I have not been eating enough food. Thank you 🙏 again.

My best tip for Keto/Carnivore is to buy a quality food saver. I am NOT the kind of person with the time or dedication to grill or griddle 2 or 3 times a day. Commercial grade chamber sealers are best, but *are* expensive. However the bags are super cheap. Whatever you do… get and use a vacuum sealer. Cook loads of meat at one time, then vacuum & freeze several portions for easy future meals.
@nvalles25655 ай бұрын
A brake bleeder kit with vacuum sealing lids adapter kit will work. You can just use the hose to take out the majority of air and seal with a flat iron. I make meat broth (chicken as beef doesn’t have bones anymore unless it’s ribs) and get it simmering then add lots butter, s&p and 3 eggs to 12oz broth. I use 2 tablespoons of butter in this. Stickblend and the whites emulsify, the yolks just melt in. Really creamy rich drink. Can just use 4 yolks but I hate wasting my pricey eggs!

I’ve even figured out how to do canning in this little kitchen. Go me! I love pressure canned chicken legs, breasts, and even beef stew meat, brisket and pork loin. I can take advantage of sales and not take up my precious freezer space for my meats. It’s saving so much $$! Yay! 😊 This video is right up my alley. You’re the best!

I have a dehydrator and jerky is so expensive. I've made all sorts of jerky in my dehydrator. chicken, beef and turkey. Not Pork. That worries me a bit, but I love having jerky snacks.

Oven could be used instead of a crockpot, or even an Instant pot for the occasional roast or ribs. But a crockpot gives better results and doesn’t use near the electricity or gas. Of course, affording the roast or ribs is more the actual problem.

Thank you! That was great! Appreciate all the tips and quick easy meal ideas. After being a foodie and one who enjoyed cooking more elaborate meals, the last thing I want to do is spend lots of time in the kitchen while eating this way. Carnivore Diet is working for me and I like meat, eggs, butter and Redmonds salt.

Try steaming the salmon for 10 minutes or sautéing them in butter in a pan, no more than 5 minutes on one side and only about 2 minutes on the other side. Delicious and tender. Overcooked Salmon can't compare

Love cooking in cast iron. It is so versatile. You always get iron in your food by cooking this way. Great tips for beginners. Thank you for showing beginners how to do this.

I appreciate this video. I’m not opposed to all those gadget tools but I have a very, very small kitchen. No place to store all those cool tools. So thanks!
