Nice work, cutting seams to inspect. Chill beer nice and cold to minimize foam when filling. Some is good but that big air gap may hold some air. I'm guessing you were doing DO dissolved oxygen too, ppb. Cheers Love me some beer and automation. A co-worker Sean (RIP) used to do work for CODI down the road. We've been into coke and pepsi doing some work there too. Very fun. Way faster machines when it's a more shelf stable product and DO doesn't matter much. 1300 cans per minute roughly. I'd drink that fruited berlinerweiss all day.

Awesome video! Looks like a heap of fun, would love to see a more in depth video! Do you guys still use east coast canning more due to cost vs labour? Or the space a canning machine would take up?

Yes we primarily use a 3rd party company due to costs. By hiring we don't have to deal with the machines maintenance or its upfront large cost. We also don't can often enough for it to be beneficial for us to own. With East Coast Canning we are also able to get 2 guys to help us out on the day!

Hello Flamin team...can you do a bit of explaining on how you do carbonation? I assume you force carbonate with a stone in the unitank? -- what pressures you use? how long you leave it for? --- it would be greatly appreciated, thanks a lot!!
