Make sure you are using non alcoholic beer and allow it to sit in your hair for 3-15mins (cover with a shower cap). A lot of people have said it's ok to use regular beer but that's something I WOULD NOT recommend! The beer (O'Doul's) I used can be found at Walmart, Target or Liquor store...maybe even grocery store.

LOL!!! It not as strong smelling as regular beer (or maybe that's just me). Once you rinse it out it honestly doesn't leave that much of a smell at all!!!
