my heart rate has never been this high my entire life. had to take a break twice in 15 mins (i can only imagine how they did it without water breaks). i couldnt do the burpees/situps but im gonna challenge myself and do them tomorrow! :D) AMAZING WORKOUT AND YOU'LL SWEAT LIKE CRAZYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

When it comes to fasted cardio, if im to jump rope is it fine to do it for 60min or should i do it for less since im reading under a fastes state if ur gonna workout for a longer length it should b less intense. Cuz i know the length of cardio in a fasted state also varies to how long uv fasted. So say 7 hrs fasted, do rope for 60min is that fine or u think i should do it for a shorter time to avoid muscle loss?

I hear ya on that but that's just a way for her to try and catch her breath (we do it thru calling cadence when running in formation in the military). I agree I could do without some of it because it's a bit distracting though I understand the physical demands imposed by calling and performing the exercises.

***** I believe it can be a mix of both. Talking to suck in more air while performing/leading group fitness can help get needed oxygen to exhausting muscles but just as you've stated it can leave you breathless if it's continuous and not allowing for recovery. Plus, it's a matter of intensity. I read/heard that if you cannot talk/sing while doing whatever you may be working out too hard or at a higher intensity level than you should for your current level of fitness. During a fitness stress test it's not just what you're doing during the test that determines a person's level of fitness, it's how fast their heart rate comes back to "normal" right after an exercise. I say all that to agree with you that it can leave one breathless just like we've seen in this video at times.
