On your 1st videos you had breakdowns of all the cost,buying price,repairs,selling price etc. Please do that again. Also you showed more of the actual ideas and planning as well as actual repairs/work being done. Last 2 projects was shown more about sponsors like yale,solar people etc than the actual project. Please go back to how your initial videos was as this was the reason i and i am sure alot others loved watching your content.

What is the name of the floor tiles, and the paint that was used throughout the house, I love the blending of the colours?, renovating my new townhouse beginning next year.

It's an added security measure to Keep intruders out. Almost all homes in 'good' neighborhoods in south Africa have them. It doesn't necesarily mean that the neighborhood is dangerous, prevention is just better than cure.
