I work in restaurants and kitchens. I've been doing that for 20 years. On my feet 10 - 12 hours a day. I've been following this group for a while, and they haven't steered me wrong yet. I highly recommend checking out their other exercises and finding out what helps you best.

Thanks Coach for this 10 min. routine. I'm going to use this one at night before bed. I'm going to continue the 30 min. stretch routine in the early afternoon. All your videos are really effective. Thanks Coach Tyler. Happy trails.

If you have sciatica, this move is not recommended. Instead of bringing the foot back, don't flex the foot but let it neutral and then you are only stretching the hamstring and not pressing into the low back sciatic area.

I cannot do the lying chest over because as a full busted woman, it is painful to the breasts. I like everything else!😊
