Hi Nina! Great video but unfortunately I can't even get my hands on the wall for the last exercise! 😭are there any shoulder/upper back stretches that can improve my mobility so i can do that drill? thanks! also, i miss your regular uploads!

I'm struggling with lower back pain, can I do this set of stretches on a daily basis or do you suggest only once or twice a week?

You can start 2 a week and slowly increase it to 3,4x a week. For low back pain you should stretch also lower body and hips, because you might have tight those muscles that's why you feel back pain.
