Thanks Nina, this was really helpful! My right wrist is significantly tighter than my left and sometimes I feel sharp pains during the stretches. May I know if you would recommend that I continue with the stretching at a lower intensity or to change my warmup completely?

Thank you! That's normal. Yes, you defenetly need to continue, pain doesn't mean that's bad. Doing this stretches will defenetly help you to overcome the pain. Just do it with lower intensity

I would really love to see video on shoulder mobility and strengthening! My right shoulder has popping sounds sometimes because I tore a ligament a few years ago... what should I do?
