I’ve always Been into Doing ab work. I love Pilates , but hitting that point where I have a little muffin area that I can see and it bothers me to no end. I have to enjoy the routine if I am gonna do it each day and some muffin top routines and great , but I don’t enjoy them and frankly if Its mat work, my neck hurts as much as my abs. lol. So I was searching and found this and I love it. I do it each day and I make it count. I can feel the work and that’s what I want. I actually look forward to this each day. Thanks so much.

Holansoy nueva, puedo hacer este entrenamiento todos los dias? No importa que no cambie de ejercicio y ses este mismo todos los dias ? Tengo 45 años y quiero mejorar mi musclatura , estoy aburrida del Gym, puedo hacer esto ya de por vida sin problema ? Gracias ❤

¡Hola @sandritacarannantenossa! Es genial que estés motivado para mejorar tus músculos y encontrar una rutina de ejercicios avanzada. Si bien es fantástico hacer ejercicio, hacerlo todos los días puede provocar lesiones por uso excesivo. Es mejor mezclar cosas para apuntar a diferentes grupos de músculos y evitar el aburrimiento. Intente alternarlo con otros ejercicios varias veces a la semana para mantenerlo fresco y eficaz. Y siempre escuche a su cuerpo: si algo no le parece bien, está bien tomar un descanso o cambiar su rotación. ¡Continúe con el increíble trabajo para estar más saludable! ❤️💪🏻
