Trawled through a lot of 15-30 minute workouts for kettlebell beginners, and this is my favourite yet. My strict press is weak, so I go to 12 kgs for that, and press-ups on the knees for now, but the more I do this I'm sure to see improvements. Thanks.

It's one of the best workout you ever provided...Good for beginners and pure strength point of view..some time Not having explosive movement is also good... I just change burpees with kettlebell lunges for extra legs burn.

You have good workouts, but you talk too much. You should have a motivational music, timer and just go through the exercises
