Will be keeping a 3 month track, never excercise before so : 26-11: done 27-11:done 28-11:slept before exercising so did the excercise next day as soon as I woke up 30-11:did at 4 am but done 3-12 :I skipped two days coz I joined an academy and I was too busy and tired. It made me lazy too but I practically forced myself to do this yawning and I feel better now :) 4-12:did it after eating (stupid peep) 4-12:did it again before sleeping (feels great) 7-12-ive been skipping because of school 21-12 :back again, I feel the little stamina was lost due to this big break but I'll try to continue daily now! 28-12 been unconsistent but started again 29-12 done 30-31:hit the punching bag with the techniques 1-1:rest day 2-1:done 3-1: done Also one thing to note is that I have been skipping or decreasing the warm up of push ups, mountain climbers and star jumps because I can't do push ups and I can only do small number of mountain climbers and star jumps 4 and 5 : skipped coz I was sick 6- I did it for like 2 hours and I think I have gotten a good hold of the techniques so I started on the channels next video today 13-1:update :I am now able to do the star jumps with them without stopping at all. At the start I wasn't able to complete even half because my kidneys would start burning
