I'm glad I found this video. I've wanted to learn Muay Thai for so long, not only for my health and weight but for self defense. I'm a Muslim woman and Islamaphobia has been on the rise so I've been meaning to learn something to defend myself. I'm genuinely committed and hope to watch more of your videos in the future. Keep at it.

OMG ! Dude, with the first attack from the attacker your body will get warmed up too soon and you need not to warm up it again....just use your human weapons (the elbows and the knees).
@KAZUNARl
@KAZUNARl 3 жыл бұрын
@@eratchirographumdecretihan5756 This was meant to be a joke. Of course nobody got time to warm up when someone attacks. I think worries about injuries because of not being warmed up will be your smallest problem in a fight....

@@KAZUNARl Bro you rightly said that it was a joke but what you commented is a big joke, isn't it ? You just need practice brother, you should understand from each and every angle and each and every nook and corner of the opponent that which part of his body is about to hit you and if you at least 0.001 second ago if you can move your arms as a defense then you will become the winner. I guarantee.

Thank you. 🙌👊 Edit: I started doing this program 22nd of September and I lost 5.3 kgs now 13th of October. I lessen my calorie intake as well. 🙌 I think I'll try to move to the advance class video from tomorrow. Thanks

Will be keeping a 3 month track, never excercise before so : 26-11: done 27-11:done 28-11:slept before exercising so did the excercise next day as soon as I woke up 30-11:did at 4 am but done 3-12 :I skipped two days coz I joined an academy and I was too busy and tired. It made me lazy too but I practically forced myself to do this yawning and I feel better now :) 4-12:did it after eating (stupid peep) 4-12:did it again before sleeping (feels great) 7-12-ive been skipping because of school 21-12 :back again, I feel the little stamina was lost due to this big break but I'll try to continue daily now! 28-12 been unconsistent but started again 29-12 done 30-31:hit the punching bag with the techniques 1-1:rest day 2-1:done 3-1: done Also one thing to note is that I have been skipping or decreasing the warm up of push ups, mountain climbers and star jumps because I can't do push ups and I can only do small number of mountain climbers and star jumps 4 and 5 : skipped coz I was sick 6- I did it for like 2 hours and I think I have gotten a good hold of the techniques so I started on the channels next video today 13-1:update :I am now able to do the star jumps with them without stopping at all. At the start I wasn't able to complete even half because my kidneys would start burning

As some people here I'm here because of Annie Leonhart. I always liked her technique and finally knowing what kind of technique it is (it's a mix, I read but this one is used the most), I'm finally able to learn it ❤️ I'm such an amateur, lol. During this I needed to stop a lot, so I'll catch it all but even as a self-taught I think it's gonna come in handy :) (sadly there is no muay thai teacher near my hometown)

Since you have to balance on your tiptoes, it might be new for your body and calf muscles tense a lot, so continue training and make sure you give muscles a good stretch afterwards

thanks so much for this video. I've been learning MT for 6 mths and this is a great workout vid when I cant attend live classes due to work. A word of advice for any new beginners ~ violence is never the solution unless you are forced to defend yourself (no way out). Learning basic techniques on your own is quite different from getting yourself involved in a street fight with no rules.
