It's not the rhythm. It's the timing.. timing is everything. They don't have to do the same moves. I just have to know your timing

Old saying lots of great boxers are good dancers cus they got rhythm. 1 of the best ever sugar ray robson retired and went on to do a dance show because he had dance skills

This is crazy, I was working out when i suddenly want to tumble but I was so scared that I would somehow break my neck, I remember I used to do it easy when I was a kid but it's way scarier once you're aware of the different possibilities of getting injured but after watching this I fkin did it, not the best back landing like it's a smack but I still did it. Thank you haha
