This is crazy, I was working out when i suddenly want to tumble but I was so scared that I would somehow break my neck, I remember I used to do it easy when I was a kid but it's way scarier once you're aware of the different possibilities of getting injured but after watching this I fkin did it, not the best back landing like it's a smack but I still did it. Thank you haha

You must do the warm ups. It doesn’t feel like anything Spring, because you are young ! And very fit. ❤

Thanks for this how-to video. As an experienced martial artist but new to the hakama, this was just the right speed to do it in one go. Many thanks!

After establishing rhythm throw punches on the off beat or syncopated beats of your rhythm. And for defense you learn your opponents rhythm and then use head movement or step side or out on their on beats. My rhythm then off beats, their rhythm defensive moves on beats. I fucking love boxing such a pure and beautiful clash of art science and physics.

Rhythm… like you can’t be sped up or slowed down, aka pace, fighting at your pace!!! Timing is knowing when to throw punches dodge them, block etc!!! Knowing what punches to throw as well

I think the free flowing rhythm is the best one. You’re more relaxed and the less tension, the better of a fighter you are.
@nath3595 ай бұрын
the best one would be to be able to do them all because the more options you have the more you can adjust and adjust effectively, all the best boxers can adjust to anything, andre ward, floyd, they may not be the most entertaining guys to watch but they adjust to anything. Its like what bruce lee said "be like water"
