This is such a life safer. I just recently got diagnosed with pcos and it’s been difficult. It’s definitely something that isn’t talked about enough and has a huge impact on your day to day life.

I'm so glad I came across this. I have Lupus and hypermobility issues. I love working out but not having control of the Lupus, the pain has taken over and it's been pretty rough trying to get back into the swing of things. I appreciate this workout and I'd love to see more from you like this. I also appreciate the pelvic floor talk. My Dr just recently mentioned to me that I should look into some PT for that. Thank you thank you thank you!!

dealing with PCOS was challenging, but discovering the PCOS-friendly workout by Katie Austin and Paige Lingren was a game-changer. Slow, strategic movements helped manage stress hormones. Aspect Health, my go-to for managing insulin resistance, played a part. Sharing my story, not an ad. Stay mindful, folks!

Hey, my back was hurting after 1st set, any more tips on how to improve posture for it? Secondly, isnt it advisable for PCOS to take a 1 min break in b'/w sets? To manage stress lvls/cortisol

Slowly going up a flight of stairs twice, two or three stairs at a time would do much more in only four or five minutes. You don't even need to change clothes, and you don't need any equipment.

I thought PCOS was a kind of weightlifting movement. Not a single video ever explains that it's about a vaginal issue. You guys have to explain what things mean you can't just assume. "...we were taught" well you're not teaching me. here's a hormone specialist assuming I know what everything is. I'm so frustrated. I just wanna slow weighted workout where I don't have to Google what every term is. I don't understand the goal of this video. "eat for your cycle." what the hell are you talking about? You're just saying stuff that has no meaning attached at all. I'm postmenopausal. apparently your workout has nothing to do with me. you might be good fitness instructors, but you're very bad teachers.
