Thanks for watching. My name is Nick Helton, and I have a doctoral degree and master’s in Physical Therapy. I post exercises, movements, and topics in physical therapy on my Instagram. And I discuss Physical Therapy, personal finance, and running my small business here on my KZbin channel. I see clients in person at my clinic location in the Chicago suburbs, and I also have remote online consultations that I perform wherever the individual happens to reside.
I have a rehab app that I created with programs focused on the low back, neck, shoulders, knees, hips, and ankles. It also has the training program that I’m currently running.
I have created multiple rehab programs under the “Autonomous Rehab” title. (more on the way soon!) I love these programs because they are mobile optimized, they adapt to the data you input (the RPE/RIR goes up/down depending on challenge) and the data visualization tracks weight, cardio, and gross volume.
I also have a low cost rehab library where you could just look at all the rehab exercises I’ve shared easily in one location and create your own programming based on these easy to search and view movements. This is also frequently updated.

I really need your help I'm in last year of bachelor physiotherapy, and wanted to persue next education USA .. will you please guide me if it's possible for you.. i really love CBR (community based rehabilitation) and in India master's in CBR includes women's health, geriatrics and industrial health I'm more interested in community rehabilitation I'm looking for the 1-2 years courses which are related to women's health , rehabilitation and geriatrics health . Hey - I'm only familiar with the PT programs in the US. We don't have bachelor's in PT any more - only a doctorate. I would ask one of your professors
