I like the U head movement a lot . Instead of going out and in . I do mines side to side literally the letter U . You can attack with the U head movement . As I’m about to attack I do my U head movement a little exaggerated . Left to right . If I decide to attack left as soon as dip left , I punch hook overhand hook , if I decide to attack right , I do overhand left bodyhook overhand . By doing the U head movement they won’t know what side you chose to attack . You can feint before you attack so it throws them off . I hope it makes sense . You’re a beast keep posting . Your channel is gonna blow up . You’re unique , great content 💯

Coach, I don’t know if you’ve done this already (I’ll keep watching videos), but that’d be awesome if you did a video on different heavy bag footwork, or how to move while punching since it’s crucial for real or ring fights. If you had a video with steps, pivots, shifts in how you explain it, it’d be KZbin gold for amateurs and pros alike.

Hey thank you for the suggestion, I am gearing up to get some more videos recorded.

Coach, Should I Do Road Work Daily if I am a Pro Boxer , How Much Miles Needed , Thanks Before The Answer , Stay Safe ❤️
@dungeonboxingclub4 жыл бұрын
I would sat at least 4-5 days a week, 3 miles minimum. Probably best to do them first thing in the morning.
