I need some advice I’m a 13 year old xc and track runner who want to do a marathon I have trained for this for about 2 months my longest run has been 30 miles I did that in about 4 hours and 20 minutes I took one break during the run for some ice cream but anyways do you think it’s safe if so what do you think my time should be just asking for a friend. I like to do something close to the beginner ones in the pool for recovery,they help very much
