@@TheOneStupidity They have food once a month bro, its actually decent for $10 and there some big guys who go to mine. Cons are that it is crowded some days like monday and tuesday, no barbells, and dumbbells max at 75lbs.

My routine (i got this from a video) Monday- push day i hit my shoulders, chest and triceps early morning And i run for 20 minutes doing my cardio in the evening Tuesday - Pull day I hit my back and biceps by doing curls and pullups Again i run for 20 mins in the evening Wednesday - Leg day😢 I hit ny calves, glutes and others Running Thursday - only running but i increase it to 45 minutes and i do abs without equipment by doing planks, crunches etc Friday - Push day with running again Saturday and sunday - i repeat pull day and leg day once again but this time i switch it to the afternoons.

I started using an online routine as a 13 year and after a month I made my own routine and have been using it for a few days, I'ma work on my diet while doing this routine and see, my reason for doing all this is: a. I'm underweight for my age b. I wanna sign up for track and field c. It's never bad to be healthy as long as it's for you and not others

Bicep curls, hammer curls, neutral grip pull ups if you wanna get better at stronger at armwrestling. Technique is also an important factor, as i weigh 116 lbs and can beat ppl who weigh 150

If you are mildly strong (lift 15 pounds) like I did/am, I now curl 30s and do 5 and every time I feel the need to improve I +3 on my reps and continue like that. 0. (Optional) Run 4 to 5 miles 1. 5 curls (8) 2 sets 2. 5 sitting curls (8) 2 sets 3. 10 to 15 push ups 2 sets 4. 40 to 45 Russian twists/medicine ball (30lb) 1 set

You should’ve started with a full body workout 3 day a week split for 4 weeks to develop neurological adaptations (this happens quicker than building strength) instead of push, pull, legs. But, it’s good to see you working out. Stay consistent track your lifts and diet and you’ll reach your goals! 💪🏻

actually for arm wrestling you would want to do bicep curls, 5 reps or less of 50-80% of your 1 rep max 6 times a week, then wrist curls the same.

Tip just from experience that I have idk if this is the same for everyone but try antagonist muscles, or chest bi back tri, this will help cause if you do pulling motions biceps are already biased from anatomy perspective so doing them on top of back is gonna bias more, same with pushing triceps can activate more than chest

I'd you have a pull up bar, you can also do calisthenics and work out the same muscles. There are easier variations for all of these. Pull ups or chin ups for back and biceps Pushups variations for Triceps, chest. Shoulders And squats, and lunges variations for legs

Monday: pushday (chest, tricep, shoulders) Chest press Incline dumbbell benchpress Dips Cable fly dumbbell or barbell shoulder press lateral raise Lateral pushdown Rope tricep pushdown Rope overhead tricep extension Unilateral tricep push down Tuesday: back, biceps Weighted Pull ups (start with no weights) Barbell row Lat pulldown (wide form recommended) Unilateral pulldown Dumbbell shrugs z bar spider curl Seated bicep curl Hammer curl Barbell Wrist curls Wednesday legs and core: Barbell backsquat Hacksquat Leg curl Leg extension Calve raises Cable crunches Leg raises (if it’s too hard, raise your knees only) Dumbbell Russian twists Thursday: Back and Chest Friday: Tricep, Shoulder, Bicep Saturday: Legs and core Sunday: rest Use progressive overload (8 to 15 reps for 2 to 3 sets) Example: benchpress Monday 8 rep 60 kg Thursday 10 rep 60 kg Next monday 6 rep 65 kg Next thursday 8 rep 65 kg Sleep atleast 8 to 10 hours You can also experiment with different splits if you want. Just make sure that every muscle part needs to be worked twice a week.
