Bloody hell, sweat and heartbeat! I was unprepared! I did Freeletics about year ago with the same scheme of exercises. And I see this video with the thought: “I have been doing it, so that will be easy”. I was wrong! Such a long pause in training effects on your abilities. Nathan, thank you so much for inspiration and joy. I wanna more videos like these😊

I needed this as a baseline to see where I’m at as I get back on my recovery journey. Ran the Boston Marathon in 2019 & now can barely get thru a minute of jumping jacks.🤦‍♂️ But gotta start somewhere, thank you brother!👊

Great workout, doinng it for straight 2 days. And this is after a very long long time. I feel pain in my shoulders and legs. So i have to do it everyday or skip a day. First day managed to complete 10 minutes, 2nd day managed to complete 18 min but done half for pushups.

Thank you for the video. The only thing I saw incorrect was when it got to the last 60 seconds. The screen says 30 sec squat jumps, but you are doing a 30 sec plank, and it then says the last 30 sec is to rest. That is pretty much the end of the workout at 19:30, a rest period there doesn't make sense.

Lots of cardio not much strength. I heard isometrics don’t really work you out compared to concentric or eccentric movements. Probably will try another person next time.
