I was having a big stomach, I lost 9.3 kgs in 1 month and I am having now four pack abs in just 24 days . I will do this for more 10 , then I will have six pack abs. My Diet Plan Breakfast Cornflakes K special . Do not eat so much as you have to loose weight. Lunch White Rice with pulses. Any pulses/daal you can take . Eat in less quantity than you eat generally. Evening One cup milk with 2 wheat biscuits sugar free Dinner One chappati with any vegetable except potato 🥔. Love from India

this workout is working very well, i can tell it is because it makes my abdominals BURN. some people may think the "flat belly in 14 days" is clickbait, but no, its real. it works perfectly as long as you do it 3x a day: 1 in the morning (right after you wake up to maximize effect) 1 in the afternoon and 1 in the evening/night. for a perfect 6 pack you have to do this workout for longer than 14 days, but not very long. (i did my research.) Make sure to eat healthy and not go over your calorie count. Eat more protein than you usually do to get bigger muscles faster, and eat less sugar. Work hard, you can do this 💪

Its my 3rd week , i see alot of fat is boiled and it take 3 more weeks to get a perfect abs. This workout absolutely works man!!!!! Do not sit and see videos and thinking one day i will start doing workout don't do that ,just start doing it now or whenever you are free just do it man....! ALL THE BEST GUYS

Day 7 and i can see that I have more stronger abs and my chest has formed but my abs cannot be seen properly I will start working on obliques separately though because I need to work harder for them. But this is really affective and people who are reading this,if you are thinking to try this do it results are worth it and you feel happy and more confident with ur abs. I will edit on day 14 and I hope to go until day 100. (Btw I’m writing this so that when I come back on day 100 I will know I have made progress)

day 1: hurts but fine afterword day 2: hurts more but still a bit fine afterwords day 3: it was fine day 4: same thing day 5: ehh can see a 2 pack but still need more work day 6: its easier but barely any progress still but its working day 7: fine day 8: added some pushups and sit ups before the workout,seeing more progress, ill remember to update 6 days from now

Day 1 - easiest day , not sore at all Day 2 - starting to feel a little sore and finding a few difficult Day 3 - feeling days 1 and 2 but getting better at it Day 4 - finally completed flutter kicks and feeling stronger Day 5 - completed flutter kicks with ease and felt stronger than the previous days did a second set later in the day as well Day 6- feeling very strong in my core compared to day 1, subbing cocoons and air bikes with sit-ups because air bikes hurt my head and I’m not strong enough for cocoons yet Day 7 - exercises feel easier and more effective Day - 8 gets easier and easier every day, starting to feel a difference in my core Day - 9 able to complete the workout normally , not much changed Day 10 - flutter kicks went by fast Will continue to update at least until 2 weeks

Day 1: alright here i go its kinda hard Day 2: no improvements and still can't finish flutter kicks but I won't give up Day 3: I feel the burn after and workout gets some what easier but abs didn't change much and my stomach is a bit smaller Day 4: I feel the burn when I wake up and Sunday's for church Day 5: didn't feel like it Day 6: I'm starting again and nothing really changed but my abs are starting to shape Day 7: no change Day 8: no change but I almost finished flutter kicks Day 9: gotta go to bed it's too late Day 10: I don't wanna Day 11: still don't feel like it but I'll start doing it on weekends Day 12: didn't have time Day 13: workout a lot easier and I can actually finish flutter kicks Day 14: nothing really Day 15: Workout is far easier than day one and my stomach shrank a little Day 16: no change no burn for some reason Day 17: no change Day 18: no time Day 19: no time Day 20: Nothing really Day 21: no change Day 22: no change Day 23: no change Day 24: couldn't do it twisted ankle Day 25: same reason Day 26: I wake up with the burn Day 27: I realized I shouldn't put hands behind my back that's probably why I get no progress Day 28: I tried it the workout is harder but i feel the burn. Day 29-32: I didn't get much progress but abs are shaping more

Day 1: Abs are sore and legs but I can hopefully make some progress Day 2: Abs are still store and cut out all junk food out my diet hopefully the exercises will get easier.

Day 1: 1/5/22: It was a pretty good exercise I want to have abs I feel pain in my stomach and my high and low area, but I'm going to try this again tomorrow evening, Thank you! ✅. Day 2: 1/6/22: (School Day doing it in the evening). Today ✅ Day 3: 1/7/22: School day (evening). Day 4: 1/8/22: (Saturday) Day 5: 1/9/22: (Sunday) Day 6: 1/10/22: (Monday) School Day. Day 7: 1/11/22: (Tuesday School Day). Day 8: 1/12/22: Wednesday (School Day). Day 9: 1/13/22: (Thursday School Day). Day 10: 1/14/22: (Friday school day). Day 11: 1/15/22: (Saturday). Day 12: 1/16/22: (Sunday) Day 13: 1/17/22: (Monday School Day). Day 14: 1/18/22: Tuesday School Day, (ending/*shocking* results. Then I'm done.

I do 4 Set's 2 in Morning & 2 in evening . I dont want Abs but i want to reduce belly fat . Even more amazing thing is that i feel relaxed mentally ...🙏

Ab workouts don’t reduce belly fat….. you should only do these after you have reduce belly and and this helps you reveal them mor

day 1 : pretty good just didn’t take breaks in between some of them day 2 : first exercise and felt my whole core hurting but got thru it day 3: starting to see results it hurt less and so far so good

I currently am 48 kgs and i started this workout. I am having troubles with flutter kicks 4:43 so I have to stop for 5 secs when the timer reaches to 20 secs left. I am writing this on day 3 unbroken, and i do feel a little pumped up. Keep on the work, builders, lets lose fat together!
