Do I need to tighten any of the bolts or pieces to a specific level? Or do I just tighten everything until it doesn’t wiggle?

Well, it depends. Some people will say, tighten all to spec, others will say eyeball. Of you ha r a chance, check the service manual (easy to download on the web) and do the bolts to specific torque, especially if you're just starting off. Because the bolts in engine case strip out easily and will absolutely Ruin your day. Or week hahaa
