Except she has a put option and can drain the liquidity of Ador and HYBE at the same time if she wanted to. If she succeeded, she can force HYBE to sell Ador. This is hard to do but it can be done if she times it perfectly when HYBE is low on liquidity and badly needs cash. A mole inside HYBE is necessary for that. There are so many instances when a majority shareholder loses control of a corporation. It's naive to think that it's impossible and that those plans written on the documents in question are simply "jokes" between MHJ and her confidants when they're bored.

In a nutshell, Min Heejin (CEO of ADOR, the label of NewJeans) accuses HYBE of copying NewJeans by creating ILLIT, she says they copied the hairstyles, outfits, concepts, artistic directions, songs, choreographies, etc... and that HYBE is using NewJeans' fame to create a copycat group of them. Min Heejin is also the reason of Youngseo leaving ILLIT evenbefore their debut because she leaked her private infos (she trained with NewJeans and was supposed to debut with them) to spread negativity around HYBE and also stole private marketing infos of HYBE. Lastly, MHJ wants ADOR to be independent while majority of their profits is due to HYBE's investments. Min Heejin is therefore doing anything to ruin ILLIT and HYBE and creating drama... When Bang brought in Min he was nice and said that he was a great success fan to have her but after new jeans became popular Bang became jealous and never congradualted new jeans or to min about her sucesss. 4. When New jeans got into billboard, Bang sent a kakao message to Min saying “Are you having fun?” out of no where and Min replied “What do you mean?” -> translating to korean we can clearly see the language Bang used was not directly trying to say are you having fun but trying to be mean to Min about her success (i think Bang was expecting Lesserafim to be more sucessful) 5. As a fact Hybe forced Min to not do any PR before LEssarafim debuted and Min was pissed about this. 6. It is not true that he tried to take over management rights. (Min Hee-jin's position) 7. Min said she is innocent and she is not like those men in the board members who are going to bars and playing golf. she’s jsut an employee who worked hard and just spoke up about things that she didn’t agree with. However due to her going against Hybe and the board members + having to succeed new jeans over the main company’s new girl group made their relationship further away and their jealously to grow. 8. She loves new jeans like a family and new jeans members and family were worried about her through the days. Even Haerin who is very shy facetimed her because she was very concerned and other members were crying because they were worried min might commit suicide. + she mentioned that she was in a slave sharehold's agreement contractwith hybe. I know this is unrelated but hear me out Though minors debuting in Kpop is a hot topic recently, everyone overlooks JYPE's Chinese boy group whose members debuted between 11-14 in 2018. Like, Vcha's maknae, Kaylee (also JYPE) debuted at the age of the 14 which is the same as the eldest when Boystory (the group) debuted. If anybody watched RUNext which was the debut program for ILLIT - there was nothing NewJeans in it at all. But, when they debuted it was all NewJeans. I think the fans of NewJeans has the right to be pissed off. If I were team NewJeans - I would be pissed off. For that 20 vs 80 ownership, it's on the contract that HYBE granted Min HeeJin the total autonomy of the management and freedom in raising artists. Then, when NewJeans was the global success - things quickly changed. No matter what happens with Bang vs Min - the thing is that this is hurting the artists both NewJeans and ILLIT.
