@@sharmindecruz9757 I am speaking for myself... what about the words I and Me made you think I was addressing you or anyone else? Plastic surgery doesn't improve your life or your health. Like it or not if you're so unhappy with your body you want to pay thousands or more dollars and get cut open, risking your life all for appearances, you need therapy. Im not saying that to be mean either. That is a deep dissatisfaction in yourself that needs to be fixed before making any permanent decisions to change your body. Hence why many surgeons want your to undergo a mental evaluation when you want extreme plastic surgery. I never said anything about whether people can or should get plastic surgery. I was speaking on my experience with having what these women are literally dying over. Im trying to make the point that your life and health is not worth this small physical change that will have zero bearing on your future. If that upsets you, im sorry but im not okay with encouraging these beautiful women to mutilate themselves for a bigger butt. Hi Daisha! Your video popped up on my suggested feed. One thing I wanted to mention is that the reason why the girls fly home right after the surgery, is because they don’t have the funds to pay for proper after care. To be honest, most of them purchase said bbl on Care Credit and they only have enough for an uber and a flight. Them being on the air plane so soon increases the risk of them getting a blood clot. It’s truly sad.

really appreciate your coverage on this topic, i think a major concern about plastic surgery is that its becoming more of a norm and expectation for many to "fulfill". Once it becomes the standard for people's "coming of age", it is no longer done out of free will, but rather out of fear or validation (too old, FOMO, etc). plastic surgery heavily depends on context, it should never be a generalization/expectation for all--which is the current problem i feel that we're facing.
@mackie-jw7dmАй бұрын
Literally this. On top of the health risks & that it looks incredibly ugly, my top concern is how it’s becoming so normalized and almost expected of everyone. Like one person does it, whatever. But when so many people do it and it becomes normalized & wide spread, it suddenly becomes everyone’s problem. Suddenly us normal people feel pressured to do it too, and insecure because we don’t look like these cartoonish & exaggerated plastic faces and bodies. “Let people do whatever they want with their bodies!!! It literally doesn’t concern you!!!!!1!” Like actually it does concern me lmao, because now I’m being held to this impossible standard. People are way too individualistic and seriously can’t see the bigger picture, ever

This had a lot of corn influence. You cannot convince me that aside people who are getting surgeries just because its the new trend, the majority of women get this shit because they are insecure, specially around men. They think they are gonna attract men with this or feel better about themselves. Yeah maybe some men see that and like it but like i think the quality of the men who find that attractive is trash. They surely are corn addicts that dont even know how a natural woman looks anymore. At some point, some of these are sketchy and well hidden, like fitness influencers who get one, and then try to tell its just their workouts. But trully i think we are shifting to a more natural like trend. Not saying this is not having its bad things already...like the "clean girl look" that is now so much more worshiped after this last decade of over the top overdoing beauty. But the thing with this is that that "clean look" is not natural either and it comes with a lot of money too. However, i still prefer that we are shifting towards a more natural looking, simpler looking trend... But the downside is that you need plastic surgery on your face and be looking so stunning already to be rocking that "natural clean look"...

To all the 'love yourself' crowds: that works for self control. But the problem is they use that sentiment as a means of avoiding it. We mod our bodies all the time through piercings, tattoos, makeup and the works. Do those people not love themselves? No. As you've said, it comes down to self control and really just doing your research. Having self love doesn't mean you don't do these things. It means you don't overload on them in the name of 'wanting to be beautiful.' You already are whether you decide to get these things or not. The art of body mods is just a bonus. Regardless of what you do, know when to slow down and make sure you are truly doing it for you and not to fill a void. That's what therapy is for.

I have a friend in OK who got a boob job-she’s in her mid 40s and looked amazing before and still looks amazing after. They look mad natural and she said she wanted them because she likes the look of tits filling out shirts, personally and I believe her wholeheartedly. If the people who say they are doing these things for themselves were to admit that they are doing it for attention or because they feel self conscious about their bodies as compared to xyz, it wouldn’t be as weird. Insecurity is real and wanting attention is real-neither is inherently wrong, but there is a thin line between self care and bettering yourself and getting surgeries so you can look like someone else or receive certain attention..Furthermore, the issue with the latter is that once you do that, how you feel about yourself is no longer based solely on how you feel-it’s based on how you feel others feel about how you look and that’s dangerous.

I was told after surgery like bbls etc you have to go to gym for awhile so why don't women make content about after bbl surgery or liposuction

Me Personally, i dont understand why they dont just go to the gym to get a big booty cus the glutes are a muscle that can grow. I also understand it might take a while, but it must feel so good to see the progress, and it's also safer(correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure you have to go to the gym after for something idk)

9:35 rollie went to goals plastic surgery in Atlanta …. The SAME BUILDING I GET MY HAIR DONE IN DOWNSTAIRS. Not an hospital, a clinic, an office building with suites downstairs where actual licensed people work. 🫤🫤

completely random but somewhat related - when i kissed a guy who had lip filler, it felt like i was kissing a balloon animal. would not recommend:(

I hate the bbl!!! I know a few that have great ones but…. I hate it for them and I love these people dearly. The amount of attention they got at first they wasn’t prepared for it. Men constantly wanting them just for xex. Crazzzzy. No shade to anyone who has one tho.
