Can someone explain to me why some of the athletes choose to wear nano shoes instead of oly weightlifting shoes in the snatch ladder event? I just don´t understand how someone can prefer the nano shoes when doing heavy snatches. Of course it's a question about preferences, but stil, oly shoes are so much more solid and stable when lifting. For me personally my snatch-game increased dramatically when I got my oly shoes.

All the stink crossfit made about Gatorade this year and I see an awful lot in this video. I have been an athlete my entire life and I know that Gatorade is good for the body when competing and in hot weather to replenish electrolytes I just find it ironic.
