Sapphira Hart you can't buy tickets. You can however get 'standby tickets' for free. People camp out on the street in line on Friday night (even earlier if the host/musical guest is popular). The tickets are given out at 7am on Saturday morning and you have a choice of either attending dress or the live show. So to answer your question, no I don't think you can.

There's a lottery. You can apply to it in August and then they do drawings throughout the year - totally random and totally free. It's the only way to get tickets in advance. If you get picked, you'll either get to attend the dress rehearsal or the live show (you don't get to choose, unfortunately). From NBC.COM: To enter the lottery, send an email to [e-mail]. You may only send one email per person and all audience members must be at least 16 years of age. Submissions entered before or after the ticket lottery window will not be considered. Please tell us why YOU would like to be a part of our studio audience! If you are selected, you will receive two tickets for a random show date and time.
