this is something i feel like a lot of people need to see. they don’t know what good service looks like and are likely to get scammed. kaylee ellen’s rare plant shop does the same thing! but she lives in the uk so it’s nice to see what americans do. edit: lol the pregnancy cravings, i saw a video from adam ragusea talking about cultures that eat dirt, like in south east us, haiti, etc.. so if you’re craving dirt, they some of his recipes lmao. your body needs minerals and there are food safe dirt brands so you can munch to your heart’s desire.

Botanicaz has amazing plants AND amazing customer service! One of my packages from them got tore up by USPS (box was totally destroyed) and 1 of the 2 plants was missing. They immediately sent out the missing plant the very next day. The other plant in my order was still in perfect condition because of their AMAZING packaging! 👏🏻 ❤️

This was really cool to see! I have a video request: could you maybe do a video about fast growing plants or plants that are robust and easy growers? As a beginner I love to see that progress and it is so reassuring and satisfying to have a plant grow under my care 😊 some of my plants are looking good but haven't really grown since I got them and I don't know if I do something wrong or if they are just slow growers

So I am seriously thinking about starting a small business to sell house plants.. I've been into it since I was a little kid from my mother. I used to love helping her go around the house taking clippings from other plants putting them in water and then leaving them outside for half the summer and it just watching them grow!! As an adult having my own place I carried on the tradition and I love how my home looks with all the variety of plants that I have I'm sure everybody and their mother is doing what I want to do? But I'm just curious if you had any tips on what's the best way to have a semi-successful game plan to sell house plants?? I'm from Massachusetts and I looked into getting my license to grow and sell house plants and also join local farmer markets to sell them in person... Just curious if you had any tips?

I bought a few rescues and the only issue I had was I don't know if they've been hardened off when I received they were not hardened off so shipping just out of a humidity box, and not hardened off should be mentioned so they buyer knows to acclimate it from greenhouse to wherever your going to have it. I will admit their plant packaging is the best by far

I’ve ordered from places that do plastic free shipping and the plants are always a mess. Falling out of pots, crushed leaves, and soil everywhere. I’ll take the small amount of plastic over that anyday. Especially when I’m spending $50+ on a plant.
