This is why my family goes to concerts. My kids where introduced to Godsmack years ago. It's a parenting win when your daughter has Red Hot Chili Peppers in her headphones while doing homework. When I hear my oldest boy practicing Serenity on his guitar, or my youngest belting out Five Finger Death Punch when he is just chilling on the couch. Sully you guys are sorely missed up here in the PNW and my kids are needing a Godsmack fix. Hope to see you soon.

OH I know! Those are the worst thing's to be cut and I will never understand how some don't see it as 'important',...it kept me and many of my friend's on the right track when we could have easily gone the wrong way and many time's did Now, in our mid 50's, music is still a huge priority in our live's and our adult children's also! We share deep conversation's about so many topic's in life because of a song that strike's a nerve or brings on a memory or thought's, good, bad or otherwise. We go to concert's together and can cry over a song or get pumped up, music is vital and should never be taken away,....especially from kid's!!! It is truly a lifeline in many situation's!

In the last 6 months I have started to listen to God Smack, I'm 46. I don't know why I haven't before, I think I needed them now more then ever. The more I see of this band the more I find myself in awe of them, honored to here them and see them be great people in my time in life. I see a lot of comments about how great Sully is with the kids... he is the best front man the group could ask, they want to help Sully get the great things done that they can do together. We could all use a Sully and a band of Gods in our lives to make us feel better, to want to make changes... how about we become The Sully's and some are the band behind the scenes helping the front man. Not everyone can be a Sully, not everyone wants to be even though it's well within their power... I totally get it, not everyone can be what other people are. Try working in a factory without windows 12 hrs a day. Try joining the Army when you know what the cost can be. Try taking care of the old... the young. Try run a company, be a therapist to an abused child, mother, friend... Can you drive a truck across country? Can you sing? Can you act? Sports? Me, there is very few things in that list I just made up that I can do, the rest is for someone else to do... we all have our place, we're all equally important. We let ourselves be put in our place... We are told what are impotance is by what we do. Is an actor more important then a truck driver? No but were both equal, one gives entertainment, the other brings food and other things to us. If helping you dream and believe in yourself is a guy named Sully and his friends. If you see them and think that is awesome and I want to be that awesome... do it... by him or anyone that inspires you feel like you can do it.

2:37 When Toni was one on one with that kid, it gave me goosebumps. That would be such and honor to have that experience to have a lesson from the master himself. Back from the Greek academy of mathematics created by Plato were mathematicians, art and music. Plato believed mathematicians were the personal intelligence while art and music expressed the inner self and creativity. Music touches every human being because it comes from inside everyone of us. Music reaches children with autism, blind, depressed, romance and even in the time of outcast and loneliness and can be inspirational. It is ones expression that another person can relate to. We all need music because it inspire and motivate us while a little bit more happier. You are an inspiration sully.
