I'm right there with you Beemerkid16. I love classic rock but when you find a band that plays and sings from the heart like these keys, I get totally lost. Music is my soul. I've been involved with music and even write some. Piano since I was 3. I especially love their song, I have some super close friends I grew up with that still Rock It. There not famous but they are deeply loved in the DFW area where I live. I'll share one of there songs with you but only with your permission.

I have heard Godsmack before...but this is so freaking amazing!!! The genius of bringing all of these instruments together...I can't describe how this...again words fail me!!! It all comes together as in the few songs that I could listen to all day, and not get tired of it. It should go down as one of the all time songs of this decade!!! If it doesn't, then someone has a real hearing problem!!! Sully, you sir are a gem in the music industry!!! So add another Senior Citizen to your fan list. Music is universal, and I'm so glad that I have followed my Children, and Grandchildren through so many different generations of All kinds of music. If there was no tomorrow Would you still remain the same Or live your life, so shallow And take it for granted everyday So take away tomorrow And tell me again why we blame Why we waste all our time With bullshit and pride Time may not wait another day Ooh, ooh So again, years grow back So many tears I cried Now that we're through I'll still honor you And harmlessly swallow my pride Its time to fall away Its time to separate And maybe we'll be alright Its time to fall away, and baby Maybe we'll be alright Life is but the memories we've created For all those too, remember you and celebrate our life If all that we are Is all that we've been These bridges were built in vain Can we get to that place With dignity and grace And live with all that remains Its time to fall away Its time to separate And maybe we'll be alright Its time to fall away, and baby Maybe we'll be alright Life is but the memories we've created For all those too, remember you and celebrate our life Life is but the memories we've created Its time to fall away It's time to separate and fly Seven years gone by! For seven years I've tried to make it But how long can I take it It's time to fly Seven Years gone by! If there was no tomorrow Would you still retain all your hate Or live your life with no one to spite And free your spirit again Its time to fall away Its time to separate And maybe we'll be alright Its time to fall away, and baby Maybe we'll be alright Life is but the memories we've created For all those too, remember you and celebrate our life Life is but the memories we've created Its time to fall away It's time to separate and fly Seven years gone by For seven years I've tried to make it But how long can I take it It's time to fly Seven years gone by!

Embrace the mystical journey of Sully Erna's "7 Years," released in 2010 from his solo album "Avalon," with the enchanting voice of Lisa Guyer adding depth to this mesmerizing track. The cello adds so much to this it is hard to imagine the song without it. The vocals are spot on and the musicians don't miss a beat.

What a wonderful human being. The way he sings with such feeling and emotion no other singer to make you feel the way he does when he sings to you. Have so much respect for this man. He beat his own demons as well as bringing his band together. He’s amazing as an all the instruments he can play and his performance on stage is one of a kind. I will be attending the event in Florida in May 2023. And for me I can’t wait. Coming to rock with you Sully you are the best You will remember me. We had a conversation and from that day forward I realized you were an amazing person. Keep up the good work. You deserve the very best.

I LOVE this song! I just happened to come across it. Going through a break-up that was abusive, but can't seem to shake the love even though I know I gotta let go. I gotta get through this "with dignity and grace!" It's so hard but believe me, music has been my serenity and this has helped more than you'll ever know! Thank you!!!!

The intensity, the passion, the feeling. I listen to this almost evry day along with the album. It just stirs so many memories in me that choke me up . The cello player's face and playing portray a love of the instrument and the song. INTENSE! I'm listening to it back to back , it's so F@@#$ing amazing. Is there an instrument Sully can't play? Melodic. PLEASE ........ keep it up.
