Just got a DM12 the other day and it's the best synth I've ever owned.🤖📼🛸

I think people have no idea how good this synth is because of their bias toward Behringer. It really is quite a magical instrument and so much fun to play too. Proper keeper

Hey Echo. Thank you for putting out this video and reminding people how great of a synth the Deepmind 12 is. I was happy when I bought mine. I bought mine used in mint condition with a brand new Gator TSA case and patch sounds of the Juno 6, 60, 106 and Jupiter 8 bought by the original owner (all for $575, sweet deal). It was my second Behringer synth after getting the Poly D. I'm thinking of buying the desktop version when I find a deal on one. Look forward to seeing more videos with you jamming on the Deepmind. 👍👍👍👍👍

And I love my DM12 as well! This is the most mysterious synth-keyboard I've owned. And it is definitely Unlike any that I've ever played- by leaps and bounds!!!

Ive always been intrigued by this synth. Nice to hear a good walk theough. Ive contemplated picking up the desktop version of this (decided to hold on for a TEO 5 though). Still may pick one up eventually. Muse and Poly12 get all tye attention at the moment, but the DeepMind12 seems to punch above its weight.

@@SpaceCapsuleOne yeah man it really can sound very close to Oberheim and there are times it can sound like a Juno 106 but it’s got that Synthwave sound about it.

This synth is awesome

@@synthsamuraiproductions the interesting thing about this is that sometimes it can sound like an Oberheim. I’m probably gonna get shit for that comment but it’s true.

I own quite a few Behringer Synthesizers and Rhythm and Bass Machines, 15 to be exact and by far my Deepmind 12 is the best. They all have their merits and strengths but none are as diverse as the DM 12.

i aggree this Synth if fantastic ... it's a cosmic synth ... it's their flagship... built like a tank with thick metal, great sliders, ease of use, tc electronic fx etc what amazes me is it can sound like some sort of Roland D50 digital/analog, and like a Juno and far behond . The filter is definitly the roland kind i love so much.Mine has about 7 years, keep fingers crossed hope it goes on for years

@@smartti1970 yeah mines probably is as old as yours. I love it just wish I didn’t burn out my screen.
@smartti19702 ай бұрын
@@EchoKraft those kind of screens i heard on the digital synths lasted like 20 years then it gradualy lost the constrast, is that's whats going on with yours ? on the high end Eventide H8000 that's what hapens. the screens are "findable" and replacable in theory

Only issue I have is sometimes when sending midi to it one note will act like it's constantly pressed down, this is intermittent but never figured out a fix. It's my main synth and I have quite a few, some for specific things but as an all rounder I love it, wish it had a proper sequencer but no biggie @@EchoKraft

@@smartti1970 yeah I’ve searched everywhere man I can’t find it anywhere. I even contacted Behringer.

@@EchoKraft okay thanks , that's strange, it's not a "regular" screen then
